What Flex & Release collects
We use website analytics to understand visits and actions such as selecting a body area, starting or completing a reset, and clicking a calendar button. When you request a reset plan, we save your first name, email address, selected body area, reminder days, and reminder time. When you join the Chairproof interest list, we save your first name, email address, subscription status, and signup date. When you register for a workshop, we save your first name, email address, registration status, and the optional mobile number you provide for a day-of reminder.
If you create an account, our sign-in provider, Clerk, verifies your email address or Google sign-in. Flex & Release stores your account identifier, completed resets, completion dates, and optional check-in response so your dashboard can show your history and movement streak.
How that information is used
Your information is used to provide your reset plan, maintain your dashboard, track the progress you choose to record, request product feedback, send the Chairproof or Flex & Release updates you requested, and deliver workshop registration details and reminders.
If you complete a reset before creating an account, that one completion is temporarily held in your browser. After you sign up, it is transferred to your dashboard and removed from that temporary browser storage.
Flex & Release does not access the contents of your calendar. Your calendar provider handles any event you choose to add.
You can change or stop a calendar reminder at any time through your calendar provider.
Your account and choices
Creating an account is optional. You can use the guided resets without signing in, but an account is required to save completed resets and display your personal dashboard and streak.
You can sign out from your dashboard at any time. Flex & Release never asks you to create or store a password on this site.
Health notice
Flex & Release provides general movement education, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Choose a clear, stable space and sturdy non-rolling chair when instructed. Move within a comfortable range and stop if you experience sharp or worsening pain, dizziness, numbness, tingling, or weakness. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when you have an injury, medical condition, or concern about whether a movement is appropriate for you.
